Did you know that Massimo Polidoro, a speaker at the 17th European Skeptics Congress, was the inspiration for a character in Graphic Novels?

Massimo's work as a psychologist focusing on eyewitness testimony of anomalous phenomena and his work as a "paranormal detective" is so fascinating that there are two fictional characters based on him. The first is the protagonist of a novel by Giacomo Gardumi, the second is the character of Mark Pollard in Alfredo Castelli's graphic novels Martin Mystère.

As many of you surely know, Massimo himself is a very accomplished writer (you can find both his academic writings as well as his novels here), and is currently working on the biography of James Randi.
